Texas Meatball Stew

1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 cup milk
Make into meatballs and brown in 1 Tbsp. oil.
After balls are brown, pour off fat.
Add:
2 cups canned tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can kidney beans
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 cups water
Reduce heat and cook until done.
This is wonderful, especially on a cold winter night, but really great any time.
